| Shipping & Handling - We usually ship
your order within 24 hours after we receive your payment (orders received on Saturdays and
Sundays will ship on Monday). We normally ship using USPS Priority Mail (flat rate charge of $4.05 plus $0.50 delivery confirmation). However, since our products are light in weight, the USPS first class postage rate is often more cost effective. If your order weighs one pound or less, we will ship using first class mail and adjust the shipping charges accordingly. For orders weighing more than a pound, we determine the best shipping method based on the lowest cost of first class and priority mail or FedEx ground delivery. If you have a mailing or shipping preference, please let us know when you order. Regardless of shipping method, you will only be billed for the amount of shipping, we never charge a "handling" fee!. |
Returns - While we inspect each item before shipment, we know that flaws can still slip past even the best of QA programs. Our goal is your total satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase (even if you ordered the wrong size), simply return it to us within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. | Our iron-clad privacy policy - we will
